4. Download this form : Atomy Membership Verification Form  & Fill the form accordingly.
5. Ensure your ID and Sponsor ID/Name is correct.
6. Place your IC (Identification Card/Kad Pengenalan) as photo shown below.

7. Scan or take photo (using your handphone) of the form with your IC as shown above. (Ensure it is clear and readable)

8. Please go to https://www.atomy.kr/m/mload_my/member/login.asp
9. Use the ID & Password given to log in.
10. Attach/Upload the scan image or the photo as instructed.
11. The verification will take 3-5 working days after submission.  Once Atomy authorizes the verification, a confirmation sms or email will be sent.
12. Once verified you can log in and start shopping at http://www.atomy.com/my/Home
